Make It With Mushrooms

 

  This is a great cooking contest with some very nice prizes: 

ONE Grand Prize of $5,000  and TWO First Prizes  of $1,000 each.

Submit your or your family’s favorite, original recipe, using at least 8 ounces of one or more of the following types of fresh commercially-produced mushrooms: white button, Portabella, baby Portabella and/or browns; AND must fall into one of the following categories:

1. Favorite Everyday Dish Using Sautéed Mushrooms
2. Favorite Everyday Mushroom Dish (regardless of how mushrooms are prepared)

Open to USA residents, 18+
Deadline: October 31, 2006
