The semi-cynical staff of MyRomanceStory.com wants to hear about romance, or more precisely the lack of it. Because it’s turkey and ham season, tell us some of your most cringe-inducing dating moments, recent and past…your Holiday Turkeys.
Every week, we’ll let our audience vote for the best stories, and the Grand Prize winner—the one who can turn a rancid rendezvous into a superlative story—will win a $200 gift certificate from MyRomanceStory.com and HoneyBaked Hams.
We hope this will make it worth all of the pain and horror you’ve suffered at the hands of incompetent companions. So, tell us about the guy who insisted you go to his mother’s house for your first date, or the woman who smiled all through dinner with a spinach leaf covering her front tooth. We want to hear it all!
Deadline: December 10, 2006
Eligibility: USA & Canada, 18+
