Be Mighty Contest
Here’s a great contest endorsed by Shaquille O’Neal and just for kids age 7 to 15. Wonderful prizes.
The Prizes:
The first 500 entrants will receive a Mighty Milk backpack with Shaquille O’Neal’s signature. The top ten finalists will receive a pair of Dunkman shoes (Shaquille’s shoe line) with Shaquille’s signature. The grand prize winner will receive a trip with his or her parent to a Miami Heat game where they will have the opportunity to meet Shaquille O’Neal. That’s not all! $25,000.00 will be donated towards making your winning activity plan happen.
What you have to do:
Be Mighty, Be Active Essay Contest
Shaq knows that mighty kids are strong and active. Shaq and Mighty Foodz want to find out how you will make our world more mighty.
Create a plan that will get you and your peers more active and tell us about it in a 300 word essay. For example, you might want to fix up a soccer field in your hometown so that there is a place for games. There might be a park by your house that has room for a basketball court. Maybe your school needs a PE teacher. You create the plan and tell us about it.

This is a great cooking contests just for kids. There are some great prizes and it is great to see that there are LOADS of prizes … which means that all contestants have a great chance at winning something. Very KOOL!

I found a great new website for kids … encouragement for their creative talents.
Read, Write & Draw offers prizes for submissions from children based on a monthly story. Your child will finish the story in their own words and include a drawing (using any media) to accompany the story. All submissions are due or should be postmarked by the last day of the month. The winner’s story and drawing will be posted here two weeks later for all to see!
Entries may be submitted online, e-mailed or sent via regular mail. Prizes will be mailed to the winner before the end of the following month. There are no restrictions to the number of submissions you may enter. To qualify, your child must be between the age of 5 and 14 years old.
Prizes include gift cards from Walmart, Toy’s ‘R Us, McDonalds, savings bonds and cash.
