Nickelodeon Writing Fellowship
Writing a spec TV script takes time … so I’m giving you plenty of advanced notice about the Nickelodeon Writing competition. This is a great opportunity for aspiring scriptwriters. If you are chosen for a fellowship you will learn with the best in the industry and get first hand experience working in a highly creative environment.
This is one of the few scriptwriting contests I’ve seen that has NO Entry Fee. As in FREE!
Winners will get Salaried Writing Fellowships in live action and animation television.
Nickelodeon is offering writing fellowships in live action and animated television to culturally and ethnically diverse, new writers. Participants will have hands-on experience writing spec scripts and pitching story ideas.
The program, developed to broaden Nickelodeon’s outreach efforts, provides a salaried position for up to one year.
The next submission period runs from January 2 – February 28, 2008.
