Submit at least three photos showing what you love about your life along with a descriptive word for each photo that would fill the blank in I love my ________ life.

Essay Contest: Impossible is Nothing
Have you ever done something that you or others though was impossible? If so you could win some cool Adidas goodies!
We want to know about the time you stared down the Impossible, and then ran right past it. Did you finish your first 5k? 10k? Marathon? Maybe you beat a personal best or came back from an injury. Did you trade pounding sodas for pounding the pavement? Or was there a special person or cause that inspired you to run?

Be Mighty Contest
Here’s a great contest endorsed by Shaquille O’Neal and just for kids age 7 to 15. Wonderful prizes.
The Prizes:
The first 500 entrants will receive a Mighty Milk backpack with Shaquille O’Neal’s signature. The top ten finalists will receive a pair of Dunkman shoes (Shaquille’s shoe line) with Shaquille’s signature. The Nikon Photo Contest International is one of the biggest and most prestigious photography contests in the world.
Last year they had over 47,000 entries, which you can imagine, made the judges jobs VERY difficult.
If you enter photo contests, you need to keep in touch with the types of photos the judges choose as winners. This helps YOU become a better judge of your own photography.
Always remember, that though there may be objective criteria for narrowing down the field, from 45,000 photos to the last 100 … in the end the photos are chosen subjectively by each of the judges.
It is interesting to get some of that insight from the judges …

Yeah, I’ve had them. But no one ever gave me $2000 in loot and goodies for having one. Of course I’d never in a thousand years let someone take my picture on a bad hair day so I guess that’s why I won’t win this contest!
