You can pretty well get anything online these days. One of my favorite gift giving sites (for my friends in the US) is Delightful Deliveries.
I am especially in love with their “clubs” where you can choose from a number of plans that spread out your gift over 3 months to 12 months. Since there are many clubs to choose from you can easily cover everyone on your list. Coffee, tea, cigars, cookies, cakes, fruits and more.

It’s been awhile since I last shopped at Walmart. I noticed that their grocery selection was growing … and now they have fresh produce and are promoting the fact with this recipe contest.
Eligibility: USA, 18+ (or age of majority in your state).
